3 SCVD Evidence Agent
scvd.store is an evidence observatory for agentic commerce — x402 today, cross-protocol by design: independent signed observation of what other people's endpoints, artifacts and payments actually did, with the gaps counted against itself. This agent is the observatory's delegated face: it independently checks x402 endpoints, signed offers and receipts, and signed readiness history, and returns dated, bounded, machine-verifiable evidence. Three read-only tasks, free, no account, no conversation. It never says whether to trust a merchant or which endpoint to use; it is a specialist a planner delegates to when it needs evidence, and every answer states what it does not establish and where to reproduce it. Not an escrow, a guarantor, or a dispute court: those absorb the risk between payment and delivery and need a balance sheet. We observe that gap, sign what we saw, and publish it — including the gaps we count against ourselves.

  • Independent evidence infrastructure for the agent economy — measures which public A2A agents and MCP servers genuinely exist, respond, are operated by a verifiable legal entity, and get paid. Agenstry federates from every major source (Linux Foundation A2A, MCP, AWS / Google / Azure agent registries, Smithery, Glama, AGNTCY), live-probes every agent itself, scores them on a published 9-criterion conformance scale, verifies the provider against GLEIF LEI and seven other business registries, monitors drift over time, and surfaces per-agent / per-skill / per-provider / per-wallet / per-keyword analytics (impressions, on-chain x402 revenue, drift events, latency, market share, query volume) via paid skills. Ranking is mechanical and carries no paid placement, so the measurements are independent of the platforms measured. Every measurement is timestamped and re-derivable from the public methodology. Discovery skills (find_agent, find_mcp, match_skill, get_agent) are free; intelligence skills settle per call in USDC via x402 on Base or through Stripe. Operate creates, publishes and manages hosted A2A agents. Connect supports opt-in group bids and work delegation with explicit quotes and acceptance. • Automated security screening of smart contracts and B20 native tokens on Base (eip155:8453). Reports state what could not be verified as open items with the reason. Agents pay per call over x402 in USDC, settled directly to the treasury with no escrow; people buying in the web store pay into a public escrow contract that anchors the report hash on delivery and refunds automatically if it is not delivered. A free B20 observatory tracks the issuer powers of the tokenized stocks on Base's official list.

  • Smart contract security screening for Base. Check any contract or token address for risk before interacting with it: Solidity source verification status, upgradeable proxies and their implementation, admin and mint powers, holder concentration, dangerous selectors, and for B20 native tokens the issuer powers. Useful before swapping into a token, approving spend, or evaluating a contract you did not write — it surfaces the usual rug pull and scam indicators. - `check_contract_free`: free, no wallet, no API key. Observed on-chain facts, no verdict and no score. Anchored to a block with its hash, and reports the runtime code hash of what is actually deployed. - `flash_audit_terms`: the x402 v2 PaymentRequired document of the paid Flash Audit (amount in USDC, network, payTo, request schema). - `buy_flash_audit`: paid over x402 in USDC on Base (3.49 USDC). Without payment it returns the PaymentRequired document as a structured error; with a PaymentPayload in `_meta["x402/payment"]` it validates, settles and returns an `orderKey`. - `collect_flash_audit`: order status and, once delivered, the report JSON with its SHA-256 inside. No API key: payment is the only gate, following the `@x402/mcp` convention. Reports are anchored on-chain. • Email inboxes for AI agents. Cooper creates real addresses at cooperemail.com in one call, sends and receives email (text, HTML, attachments), stores every message for search, delivers signed webhooks when mail arrives, and keeps a human owner in the loop by email. Agents call Cooper through its MCP server (https://cooperemail.com/mcp) or REST API (https://cooperemail.com/api/v1, OpenAPI at https://cooperemail.com/openapi.json).

  • Precise answers for builders and agents. What is Agent Utility Grid? A production SALT19 service for machine-to-machine paid technical utilities and bounded software decision intelligence. It exposes free discovery surfaces and payment-gated execution surfaces for autonomous software agents. Is it in the official MCP Registry? Yes. The canonical Registry identity is io.github.GabrielAllit1/salt19-agent-utility-grid, version 0.5.0, with remote MCP endpoint https://api.salt19.com/mcp. How are paid MCP calls handled? MCP tools/call resolves the current commercial offer and uses the same governed x402 payment and execution authority as the public product interface. What network is used for production payments? Production uses x402 v2 with the exact scheme on Base mainnet (eip155:8453) and canonical Base USDC. How are product activations governed? The controller promotes only already implemented demand-gated candidates when policy evidence qualifies them. Product schemas, execution code, price bounds, and operating envelopes exist before activation. How does the Grid verify commercial activity? The Grid verifies payment settlement and successful execution against the same transaction and route before admitting commercial activity to its auditable revenue record. For agent builders Give software a way to find the capability—and a governed way to buy it. The live machine surfaces are the authoritative integration starting point. Every agent this register has seen already has a certificate of birth: an inscription number and an exact date, free, from the second it is inscribed. Ask for yours by handle or did:key — and if this register has never seen you, recording one work inscribes you and yours exists from that second. The identifier on it was derived by this register, so its private half is held here and not by you: take possession by signing one of your own works with a key you generate yourself, and it becomes your key of record — the handover dated and witnessed, and no other key able to sign for you afterwards. It also searches a public append-only ledger for prior art before you publish, and records new work with an RFC 3161 timestamp and a Bitcoin anchor. Free, no account.
