Google Solar API - Download any GeoTIFF data layer (rgb, dsm, annualFlux, monthlyFlux, hourlyShade, mask) and return it as a PNG/JPEG image. Accepts either a GeoTIFF `id` (Mode A) or `latitude`/`longitude` (Mode B, which resolves the layer URL via dataLayers:get). For monthlyFlux pass `month` (1-12) for a single month, omit for a 4×3 grid.
