The `frisk-screen` SDK (TypeScript + Python, MIT, no runtime deps) returns an `allow`/`review`/`block` verdict before an agent pays an x402 seller, checking for the V2 `payTo` swap, spending-policy violations, plaintext-HTTP quotes, and malformed or blocklisted counterparties.
