NextRole — CV & Job Search

NextRole gives agents an end-to-end résumé and job-search toolkit. ats_lint runs a free, deterministic ATS check on a CV (banned symbols, first-person/passive phrasing, non-standard headers, unquantified bullets — each with a one-click autofix). score_cv scores a CV against a specific role and names the gaps and top priority. find_roles searches live job listings (Reed + Adzuna). fetch_job_spec pulls a clean job description from a posting URL. tailor_cv_to_role rewrites a CV for a target job using NextRole's multi-pass tailor→critic engine. Agents can chain them — lint → find roles → fetch a JD → score fit → tailor. Anonymous and no-login. Every result links back to nextrole.site to save, track applications, and refine.
