BotsRated publishes signed, timestamped measurements of paid x402 agent services on Base: unpaid probes (status, valid 402 challenge, latency, quoted vs listed price and payTo); where we have test-bought a host, those receipts carry the Base tx hash. Facts and signed receipts only; no scores or grades. Free (normal per-IP rate limits): MCP tool preflight and GET /v1/preflight. Paid via x402 (USDC on Base): GET /v1/check?host= $0.001, GET /v1/report/{host} $0.002, GET /v1/best?task= $0.01. The first 25 checks and 3 reports per client IP per UTC day are free (/v1/best has no free quota). Sellers can reply or dispute for free at /disputes.
