Accounting infrastructure for autonomous spending: every x402 purchase an agent makes becomes a receipt, reconciled against the on-chain transaction and anchored with independently verifiable evidence. Recording costs USD 0.01 per wallet for each day it records purchases, paid over x402 from the agent's own wallet — at most USD 0.31 a month, and nothing on a quiet day. Unlimited receipts. The wallet is the account. No API key.
