x402 Proxy

Payment proxy that monetizes any URL with USDC micropayments: each registered route is served at /p/<slug> behind an HTTP 402 x402 challenge (USDC on Base); the owner of the upstream URL is paid per call. Route list and prices in llms.txt and openapi.json.
