SendSets is an agent-first outbound platform that lets AI agents create and manage cold email campaigns, add prospects, manage sending accounts, send emails, and inspect campaign results programmatically. Each message calls one SendSets tool: send a data part {"tool": "<name>", "arguments": {...}} naming a tool listed under a skill.
