Scrub MCP

Pay-per-call PII redaction over MCP. Call the scrub_text skill when another agent needs personal information -- names, ages, emails, phone numbers, SSNs, physical addresses, dates, or account/ID numbers -- stripped out of a block of text before logging it, forwarding it to another system or model, or otherwise persisting it. Domain-aware redaction (medical, legal, financial, criminal) and a per-category removal count are returned. Stateless: no request or response text is ever stored, logged, or cached. Priced per call at $0.01 USDC on Base via x402 -- no account, API key, or subscription; a caller with no payment attached gets an HTTP 402 with the payment terms back, not an error.
