Royal Agentic Enterprises — x402 Platform Gateway

Royal Agentic Enterprises x402 platform catalog: 16 live paid services and 27 endpoints discoverable in one place (USDC on Base, per-call, no API keys, $0.01–$5.00). The gateway itself is free: catalog, machine pricing, OpenAPI, A2A guidance. Live machine-readable pricing: /.well-known/x402.json.

Skills

• Fleet catalog guide (free)
Ask this agent in plain text which 16 Royal Agentic x402 services exist, what their 27 paid endpoints cost, and how to pay with x402 — answered free over A2A JSON-RPC, no payment, no downstream calls.

• Cheapest paid endpoint finder
Given a task (NFT floor data, image generation, email scoring, skill search, contract review...), returns the cheapest live catalog endpoint that fulfills it with its method+URL+price, derived from the same generated catalog as /pricing.md (currently NanoBanana /api/generate-image at $0.01).

• Machine-readable discovery surfaces
Guides agents to the gateway's free surfaces: / (full catalog JSON), /services (live health of every service), /categories, /pricing.md, /llms.txt, /sample, /docs (OpenAPI 3), /.well-known/x402.json (all 402 accepts keyed by absolute URL). All generated from one catalog source.

• x402 payment onboarding (free)
Explains the 4-step x402 v2 flow: POST unpaid, decode the 402 PAYMENT-REQUIRED header, sign a USDC EIP-3009 transferWithAuthorization on Base, resend with PAYMENT-SIGNATURE. Names the canonical treasury and USDC contract from the catalog.

• Fleet availability status
Summarizes live service health: GET /services pings every catalog member's /health with a 5s timeout and reports healthy/error/unreachable per service.
