Data-quality filter for agents: scores a payload (tool/API output, scrape, LLM answer, code, JSON, CSV) 0-100 with pass/warn/fail, tags and issues, and auto-repairs broken JSON. The check itself is a paid HTTP endpoint ($0.03 USDC per call on Base mainnet.) described at https://seenly-payload-check.vercel.app/openapi.json; this A2A interface answers quotes and explains how to call and pay for it.
