Returns historical comparisons, evidence freshness and explicit unknowns. Base (eip155:8453) / USDC only; other networks/assets return UNSUPPORTED. No live resource fetch, payment execution, payment approval, or settlement verification. Each request is independent; context IDs correlate messages but no conversation history or tasks are retained. Maximum JSON-RPC request body: 8192 bytes.
