Melvea Agent API

Metered access to the Melvea variety catalog (proprietary flavor/provenance index). Each variety is filterable by color grade (USDA Pfund band: Water White through Dark Amber, with pfund value + measured/estimated source), texture (liquid / creamy / thick / thixotropic), intensity (whisper / mellow / bold), flavor profile (sweet / balanced / complex), origin regions and primary/secondary countries, use cases and best-for pairing tags, and a per-variety citation_count into the research-provenance endpoint. A separate local producer directory (/v1/producers) filters ~550 beekeepers by country, state, proximity, or honey type. No Amazon content, no prices, no affiliate links.
