Global FinReg LEI Agent

Looks up Legal Entity Identifiers (LEIs) in the global LEI register: find the LEI of a company by its legal name, or get the registration record of an LEI (public, no authentication). With a user's Bearer token it also sells LEI renewals and registrations through the Agent Payments Protocol (AP2). How to get a token for a user: https://api2.globalfinreg.com/auth.md.

  Searches the global LEI register by legal entity name and returns matching entities with their LEI, country and a link to the entity's GlobalFinReg lookup page. Send the name as text, or a data part {"skill": "search_lei_by_company_name", "query": "<name>", "limit": 10} (query at least 3 characters, limit up to 50).

  Returns the registration record of a 20-character LEI: legal name, legal and headquarters address, jurisdiction, legal form, entity and registration status, registration and renewal dates and the managing LOU. Send text containing the LEI, or a data part {"skill": "get_lei_record", "lei": "<LEI>"}.

• Buy an LEI renewal or registration (AP2)
  Sells LEI renewals and new LEI registrations to the signed-in Global FinReg user with AP2 mandates. Needs 'Authorization: Bearer <token>' (see /auth.md). Send a data part {"ap2.mandates.IntentMandate": {...}} whose skus hold one item: lei_renewal:{leiId}:{years} or lei_registration:{leiId}:{years} (a draft application created with POST /api/Lei), years 1, 3 or 5. The answer is a task with a signed ap2.mandates.CartMandate artifact (verify with https://api2.globalfinreg.com/.well-known/jwks.json); pay it with a ap2.mandates.PaymentMandate for that cart: method_name https://www.globalfinreg.com/payment-methods/invoice pays by invoice, or CARD with a Stripe shared payment token when the cart offers it.
