Pay-per-call post-quantum proof services for autonomous agents: ML-DSA-65 signatures, decision attestation, provenance seals, CBOM sealing, Know-Your-Agent verification and independent x402 settlement notarization. Every paid response carries an offline-verifiable ML-DSA-65 receipt (3309-byte signature; public key at https://fractalai.net.co/.well-known/jwks.json). ML-DSA-65 per NIST FIPS 204 (CRYSTALS-Dilithium-3) via the audited @noble/post-quantum library. Not a CMVP-validated (FIPS 140-3) module; no government-suite conformance claimed. Pre-pilot, low volume. Transport: plain HTTP+JSON x402 resources (see each skill's x-fractalai.resource); the A2A JSON-RPC message/send method is NOT implemented.

  Seals the provenance of a dataset or training run: a served ML-DSA-65 / Dilithium-3 (FIPS 204) signature verifiable OFFLINE over a C2PA-compatible manifest (Dilithium-2 cert) binding the dataset/model-artifact hash to a declared origin. A generic machine-to-machine PQC proof primitive priced at the $0.01 floor. A valid verdict proves only that the signature checks out for exactly this message and public key; it says nothing about who owns the key or the truthfulness of the message.

  FractalAI Notary: an INDEPENDENT ML-DSA-65 / Dilithium-3 (FIPS 204) attestation that a given x402 settlement (on ANY resource, ours or a third party's) actually happened on-chain as claimed. When seal_body.transaction is supplied, independently re-derives the transfer from Base RPC and refuses to sign if the claimed asset/payTo/amount don't match what actually landed on-chain — this is not a rubber stamp. Base mainnet only in this version; other networks are refused as UNCHECKABLE.
