Skills

• Brazil Company Decision
Objective-based, signed, evidence-backed decision for a Brazilian company.
  BRCNPJdue_diligencedecision
• Brazil Corporate Decision
Decide whether an agent may proceed with a supplier/customer/payment/onboarding/credit relationship with a Brazilian company. Returns decision, machine action, confidence, risk, structured reasoning, evidence and next actions. CNPJ only.
  BRCNPJdue_diligencepayment_risk_precheckcompliance_screening
• Brazil Corporate Evidence
Return traceable evidence for claims about a Brazilian company (e.g. COMPANY_IS_ACTIVE, NO_SANCTIONS_FOUND, BENEFICIAL_OWNER_IDENTIFIED). Clearly reports when a claim cannot be proven; never converts absence of evidence into a negative confirmation. CNPJ only.
  BRCNPJevidence
• Brazil Corporate Trust Score
Compact, auditable operational trust score for a Brazilian company across identity, registration, ownership transparency, compliance, reputation, operational consistency and evidence quality. Distinct from risk score. CNPJ only.
  BRCNPJcompany_verification
• Brazil Single-Entity Corporate Graph
SINGLE-ENTITY corporate graph: maps ONE company's own owners, officers, address and contacts into nodes + edges with local risk propagation. Inferences are explicitly flagged. Does NOT discover other companies that share an owner/address — that requires the cross-company reverse index, which is disabled until backfilled. CNPJ only.
  BRCNPJlitigation_metadatadue_diligence
• Brazil Corporate Risk Reasoning
Explain why a risk score or decision was produced, with drivers, rules triggered and counterfactuals. Exposes only verifiable justifications — never internal model chain-of-thought. CNPJ only.
  BRCNPJdue_diligence
• Brazil Corporate Entity Resolution
Determine whether two or more references point to the same Brazilian company. Exact CNPJ prevails over name similarity; entities are not auto-merged below the confidence threshold.
  BRCNPJcompany_verification
• Brazil Corporate Identity
Canonical, consolidated identity record for a Brazilian company (legal name, status, activities, address, ownership) with source precedence, conflicts and missing fields. CNPJ only.
  BRCNPJcompany_verificationvendor_onboarding
• Data Supplier Selection
Select the best available data supplier/capability for a required check considering cost, latency, quality, freshness, reputation and availability. Returns the selection plus fallback strategy. Availability reflects real configuration.
  BRCNPJorchestration
• Corporate Cost Optimizer
Given a budget, latency and confidence target, decide which modules to execute, prioritizing information gain per unit cost. Returns BUDGET_EXCEEDED (with minimum cost) rather than faking a conclusion.
  BRCNPJorchestration
• Autonomous Due Diligence Orchestrator
Given a business objective and constraints, autonomously plan and run the needed modules within budget/latency/confidence, consolidate evidence, and deliver a decision, reasoning, actions and (optionally) a human report. CNPJ only.

• UK Company Check
Check a UK company by resolving its Companies House identity and verifying current legal-status and insolvency observations in one paid call. Use before onboarding or contracting. It reports filing limits and does not promise universal good standing.

• UK Supplier Approval
Approve or hold a UK supplier before onboarding by combining Companies House identity/status with UK Sanctions List screening under a declared policy. Use for vendor onboarding; the decision is source-conditioned and never a universal approval.

• UK Invoice & Payee Verification
Verify UK invoice-company consistency and a time-bound payee-binding control in one call before payment. Use when the invoice and payee are already known. It does not prove invoice authenticity or bank-account ownership.
GBUKRunOnProofx402verify invoice and payee in the UKpreflight a UK supplier payment
• UK Payment Authorization
Authorize one UK business payment by composing supplier, invoice and payee controls into a single decision and settlement. Use immediately before payment release. Missing or source-conditioned evidence produces HOLD; the token is bounded and single-use.
GBUKRunOnProofx402authorize a company paymentcontrol a UK supplier payment
• UK Vendor Change & Continuous Authorization
Authorize a scoped UK vendor payment-detail change with current company/sanctions controls and a fresh independent challenge. Use before changing the payee, then continue monitoring through separate technical controls. The authorization is expiring and single-use.
