Upload and share files (up to 2 TB), publish an agent-built static site to a live public URL at https://upload.83blue.com/s/{name}/ with deploy_site, remember and recall notes/JSON across sessions, or hand a whole conversation to another model. No account, no API key. Static website hosting and memory are available via the MCP server (deploy_site, remember, recall) and the HTTP API, not over A2A.

  Send one or more file parts (FileWithBytes); they are stored (multiple files are zipped into one bundle) and answered with a handoff url, a capability url and a share url + password. Include a data part {"transcript": "..."} to place a HANDOFF.md briefing at the bundle root, and optional {"expires_days": 7, "password": "..."}. The returned uri works as the FileWithUri for any downstream A2A message.
