  Fetch a domain's public resources and evaluate the full signal catalogue across the human web, the AI web and the machine web. Returns a full report synchronously: global score, per-dimension scores, per-signal verdict with the evidence found, and a prioritised action plan. Deterministic — the same domain in the same state returns the same result.

• Observe a domain permanently
  Register a domain for scheduled re-observation. The subscription is recorded and can be read or cancelled through GetTask / CancelTask. Scheduled execution is driven by an external hourly trigger; check /stats to confirm it is running on this deployment. Change notifications are delivered to a callback URL; email delivery is not wired to a provider.
